Consulting Rates:

Consulting Rate..........................................$90.00 per hour

On Site Customer Service Rate...................$99.00 per hour

Supply of Ridge Technologies products .......Refer to Price list or Quotation

Supply of third party products / software .....At our cost price + 15%

Training services (your premises or ours) ..........At consulting rate

Travel to and from site.................................At consulting rate

Third party products or software:

Any hardware or software products that we source or supply to a client, other than our own range of products, are separately invoiced or itemised and supplied at the costs that we incur for supply of those items plus an administrative markup of 15%.

Disbursements and Billing:

Any disbursements such as stationery, photocopies, photographs, long distance phonecalls / faxes, testing or submission costs, parking etc. will be seperately itemised and charged at cost.

Travel to and from site is charged at the on-site consulting rate.

Billing for consulting is normally done by commercial invoice for the month just ended. A client bill schedule will be included with the invoice which will fully itemise all tasks performed. Where Ridge Technologies Pty Ltd incurs a charge on behalf of the client, this will be itemised and invoiced when received.

Payment terms are strictly COD for non account customers and strictly 7 days from date of invoice for account customers.

We would ask you to understand and appreciate that Ridge Technologies Pty Ltd is not a Bank and that any credit terms extended by us from time to time are specifically extended for your convenience in dealing with us and are not intended or provided for the purpose of funding your own business cash flow requirements.
